A prime example of our target audience is shown above, although with thriller films, it harder to distinguish a certain type of people that enjoy to watch them. Lucinda, shown above is a stereptypical 'goth' or 'emo' girl at 19 years of age.
Her favourite television programmes include 'LOST', 'Supernatural' and 'Prison Break' and she often tunes into the television channels 'syfy', 'sky movies sci-fi/thriller' and 'MTV2'. Lucinda listens to mainly rock music, with her favourite artists including 'Linkin' Park', 'Evanescence' and 'Rage against the Machine'. She shops at places such as 'HMV', 'H&M' and 'Topshop', dressing in attire and with accesories considered 'emo' or 'grunger' - the classic rock chick look. She enjoys socialising with her friends, going for a drink at the pub, hanging out at the skatepark and reading her sci-fi thriller novels.
Although Lucinda is an example of the type of people we will be targeting our film at, we realise that thriller films are generally watched and enjoyed by a huge variety of people at different ages and with different interests, appearances and personalities.
