2nd Day of fimling Hit and Run- Opening to our Thriller

On Friday the 16th of April we finished our filming of the opening to our Thriller Hit and Run. We changed location as we were finished with the car crash scene, the next piece of filming we had to do was the cemetery scene.

It was important that we were as quick as possible in the cemetery as many people visit the grave yard everyday however we found the quiest and most deserted space to film our thriller. Whilst Saul filmed we felt it was important that we took many shots of the same scene to ensure that we have enough material and do not have to return back to the cemetery at any point. Once filming this scene we were finished with this location and only had one more shot to film before we were finished with the filming.

Next we had to film the scene when myself, Maria am crossing out the other characters faces inside the car i killed Saul in. I took the photograph of Saul,Kate and Sinthuja the previous filming day and had it printed out to use as a prop. Saul sat in the car with me and filmed along side me as i crossed out his face to show that i have done the job and on to the next face which was Sinthuja. The rest of our thriller will involve Better chasing and killing Sinthuja who is the last teenager still alive who was involved in the hit and run incident.

After filming the end scene we ensured we saved all the filming onto the tape. Next we had to input all the filming onto the iMac and edit it effectively to ensure the audience understand the conventions of our thriller.
